At Dumplingo, we want you to be absolutely thrilled with your new squishy desk buddies! If you change your mind about your order, we are happy to offer a refund within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

The Mystery Condition: Unopened Items Only Because the thrill of our squishy dumplings relies on the blind-box mystery experience, we can only accept returns for items that are completely unopened and still sealed in their original packaging.

Once the packaging has been opened, broken, or tampered with and the mystery design has been revealed, the item is considered final sale and is no longer eligible for a refund or exchange.
